Calvin Freitas has been based in North Idaho since 2020 and previously lived in the front-range of Colorado and the Seattle area. By trade, he's a principal software engineer.

Cal has served in roles including Principal Front-End Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Engineering Manager.

Consulting & Contracting

Cal owns and operates Swarzy and provides his website consulting, contracting, and optimization skills to startups, SMBs, and enterprises. He worked at Amazon for ~9 years on Seller Central, Amazon UI, and the Amazon Detail Page.

In a recent project at Home Instead, he architected a major website migration to Next.js and Sanity CMS which resulted in improved leads and conversions.
